Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pricing
All pricing displayed on this Website is subject to change without notice. Quotes and proposals are valid only for the time period stated and do not guarantee availability or future pricing unless confirmed in writing. Sales tax, travel fees, permits, or additional expenses may apply.
Photography Agreement
Every booked service is governed by a separate Photography Services Agreement covering payments, retainers, cancellations, rescheduling, delivery timelines, copyright, image usage, liability, force majeure, and client responsibilities. If a conflict exists between these Terms and your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Retainers & Payments
Retainers are required to reserve your date and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your Photography Services Agreement. Remaining balances, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and rescheduling terms are outlined in your signed agreement.
Copyright & Image Usage
All photographs remain the copyrighted intellectual property of Angie Rich Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a personal-use license as outlined in their Photography Services Agreement. Images may not be sold, altered, commercially used, or submitted for publication without written permission.
Portfolio & Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Angie Rich Photography may use photographs for portfolio display, website, blog, social media, marketing materials, studio samples, publications, competitions, and educational purposes. Privacy requests should be discussed prior to booking.
Gallery Delivery
Gallery delivery timelines shown on this Website are estimates and may vary due to workload, travel, illness, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Every effort is made to deliver galleries promptly, but specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless agreed to in writing.
Travel
Travel outside the San Antonio area may require additional fees for transportation, lodging, airfare, permits, parking, or related expenses. These costs will be outlined in your proposal and Photography Services Agreement.
No Guarantee of Specific Images
Every wedding, portrait session, proposal, or event is unique. While every effort is made to document meaningful moments, Angie Rich Photography cannot guarantee the capture of any specific image due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, lighting, timeline changes, guest interference, vendor delays, or emergencies.
